Barbadillo Beta Brut
This first Andalusian Brut made from Palomino Fino and Chardonnay grapes has been produced using the traditional method that includes a second fermentation in the bottle. It is Bodegas Barbadillo’s most innovative offering.
Barbadillo Beta is a sparkling wine produced in Andalusia. Given its low sugar content it is considered as a Brut and it is the first sparkling wine made from autochthonous Palomino Fino grapes grown in Andalusia. This wine is traditionally paired with cheeses and fatty fish such as salmon, as the natural bubbles in this wine essentially “clean” the palate, making sure that it is ready for the next bite. This wine is often paired with sushi. We recommend putting this wine in the fridge the night before, making sure not to leave it in the fridge for too long. Once you have gently uncorked the bottle, ensuring that it doesn’t pop, place it into a wine bucket filled half with ice and half with water. Tall, transparent tulip flutes are the perfect choice glass if you really want to appreciate this wine.
