Despite its low alcohol content, VI Pink maintains a texture, colour and aroma that is very similar to that of other wines. For this reason, it will surely stand out from other light, fruity, low-alcohol wines currently on the market. This is thanks to the fact that contrary to de-alcoholised beverages which are submitted to a process of alcohol extraction, the fermentation process in VI is simply halted when it reaches the desired alcohol content.
