Impás

‘IMPÁS’ was produced in a beautiful wine estate called Poyed, located on the terraces above the Vero river, just a few metres away from the winery. There you will find the remains of the old watchtower that connected with the two historical enclaves in the area, the Pueyo Monastery (Barbastro) and the Candelera Hermitage (Salas Altas). Thanks to its calcareous and clayey soils and its characteristic microclimate, it is the ideal plot for harvesting white grapes, and the result is grapes that boast great oenological quality. This wine is produced from a selection of the very best white grapes from the 2016 vintage, which are firstly aged on lees before undergoing further ageing in the bottle.
