The shipping company will try to deliver the order to the address provided on two separate occasions. If after two attempts they have not managed to deliver your order, they will contact you in order to agree on a new delivery date or address.<\/p>\n
If the shipping company is unable to make contact with you, your order will be cancelled and we will reimburse the purchase amount, however, the refunded amount will not include the delivery costs.<\/p>\n

Make sure that the bottles are well protected!<\/p>\n Once we have received and checked your order, we will confirm receipt via email and we will proceed with the reimbursement, which will be made with the same payment method within a maximum of 7 days.<\/p>\n IN-STORE RETURNS<\/strong> Make sure that you bring the completed Returns Form<\/a> and the products that you wish to return.
