In a little slice of paradise in the south of Spain called Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda, the Barbadillo family bottled the first Manzanilla in 1827 only six years after its foundation. This age-old, family business hasn\u2019t looked back since.<\/p>\n

What began as a winery for producing manzanillas, sherries and brandies has become an internationally renowned group that, in addition to developing new products within its own geographical region, has incorporated wineries from other designations of origin, such as Bodegas y Vi\u00f1edos Vega Real, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero, and Bodega Pirineos, in the D.O. Somontano.<\/p>\n

We have been at the forefront of the sector for centuries, pioneers in many ways. We bottled the first Manzanilla exported to Philadelphia in 1827. We were the first to call this type of wine \u2018manzanilla\u2019. We produced the first Andalusian white wine made 100% from palomino fino grapes in 1975.<\/p>\n

En un peque\u00f1o para\u00edso del sur de Espa\u00f1a, Sanl\u00facar de Barrameda, la familia Barbadillo embotell\u00f3 la primera manzanilla en 1821. Desde entonces, esta empresa tan familiar como centenaria no ha dejado de crecer.<\/p>\r\n

Pionera: <\/h3>Llevamos siglos a la vanguardia del sector, pioneros en multitud de aspectos. Embotellamos la primera manzanilla exportada a Filadelfia en 1827. Fuimos los primeros en denominar a este tipo de vino \u201cManzanilla\u201d. Produjimos el primer vino blanco andaluz 100% palomino fina en 1975.\r\n\r\n

Innovadora:<\/h3> Debido a nuestra naturaleza pionera, Barbadillo lleva a sus espaldas numerosos logros en el campo de la innovaci\u00f3n. Un ejemplo de ello es el esfuerzo y trabajo invertidos en la recuperaci\u00f3n de la variedad de uva aut\u00f3ctona Tintilla de Rota, que se encontraba casi extinta.\r\n\r\n

Exportadora: <\/h3>Desde 1827 exportamos manzanilla y otros vinos por todo el mundo. Por eso nuestra experiencia y trayectoria en este \u00e1mbito est\u00e1n ampliamente garantizadas.
