This certification has been earned through its work in various initiatives including its range of organic wines and vinegars.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\" wp-image-96345 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.barbadillo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/04\/image005-1-1.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"566\" height=\"407\" \/><\/p>\n<p><strong>200 years of commitment to the land, sea and wine<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In 2019, Bodegas Barbadillo began producing its organic line with a strong commitment to <strong>its land and environment<\/strong>. The <strong>organic range<\/strong> from the winery aims to recover both red and white <strong>indigenous varieties <\/strong>and maintain the <strong>old vineyard<\/strong>. Furthermore, for Barbadillo, protecting the heritage Albariza (white chalk and limestone) soil is fundamental.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Albariza soil<\/strong> is special and unique to the <strong>Jerez-X\u00e9r\u00e8s-Sherry DOP<\/strong> and the Barbadillo winery is strongly committed to it, to the extent that almost all the grapes used to produce its wines come from this type of soil. This establishes a key difference in its <strong>unique and special organic wines and vinegars.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Barbadillo is a winery that is <strong>strongly connected to its environment<\/strong> and, for this reason, it carries out the <strong>\u2018Sky, Earth and Sea\u2019 project<\/strong>.
