Even the most refined palates agree: subtlety in its purest form.<\/p>\n<p>To produce our San Rafael Medium Oloroso, a slight hint of Pedro Xim\u00e9nez has been added to a dry Oloroso to create what is known as \u201cAmoroso\u201d. This name does justice to the smoothness that it attains thanks to its long ageing process by means traditional \u201cClases\u201d system.
