What happens if I am not at home when they try to deliver my order?

The shipping company will try to deliver the order to the address provided on two separate occasions. If after two attempts they have not managed to deliver your order, they will contact you in order to agree on a new delivery date or address.

If the shipping company is unable to make contact with you, your order will be cancelled and we will reimburse the purchase amount, however, the refunded amount will not include the delivery costs.

What should I do if my order doesn’t arrive?
If your package still hasn’t arrived 7 working days after you received confirmation of your order, please contact us here.
What should I do if I my order arrives damaged or if it includes goods that I didn’t order?

Can I return my order?
Of course you can! You can return your order with 14 days from the date on which you have received it.
Once we have received and checked your package, the corresponding amount will be reimbursed using the same payment method that was used when you placed your order.

How can I return my order?

You have two options:
You can arrange for your preferred shipping company to send the order to the following address:

Fill out our Returns Form and send it to us at:

Don’t forget to print out the completed Returns Form and stick it inside the package.

The products must be returned in perfect condition, undamaged, properly packaged and the bottles must not have been opened (the original seal must be untampered). Make sure that the bottles are well protected!

Once we have received and checked your order, we will confirm receipt via email and we will proceed with the reimbursement, which will be made with the same payment method within a maximum of 7 days.

You can also return your order in Store (C/Sevilla, 6. Sanlúcar de Barrameda).

Make sure that you bring the completed Returns Form and the products that you wish to return. The in-store staff will handle the return and you will receive the reimbursement with the same payment method.
