How long will my order take to arrive?
Once you have placed your order, it will not be possible to modify the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us in order to do so. However, we would like to inform you that you will have to bear any costs that are incurred in this process.
How much does delivery cost?
The price of the items does not include delivery. The delivery costs will be indicated in the breakdown of your order. The delivery costs will depend on the destination, and will be as indicated below:
Spain (mainland): 5 euros
Balearic Islands: 15 euros
We offer free delivery for purchases over 50 euros within mainland Spain.
Do you deliver outside of Spain?
Can I send my order as a gift?
Can I collect my order from one of your stores?
Yes, you can collect your order free of charge from our store, located in Calle Sevilla, 6, 11540 Sanlúcar de Barrameda, Cádiz, (on the corner of Virgen de Gracia y Esperanza, with access to the Museo de a Manzanilla) from Tuesday to Saturday, 11.00 to 15.00. Make sure you bring your order confirmation email, as well as your identification document and one of our in-store staff will be delighted to help you.
Your order must be collected within 3 working days from the date on which the payment was verified. If you have not collected it within this period, your order will be cancelled and your payment will be reimbursed. Opening hours can change,, we recommend you to check the schedule by clicking here.
