How can I pay for my order?

Currently, you can pay in oue-commerce by credit and debit card and you can also use Bizum.

What can I do if the product I wish to buy is unavailable?
If you wish to order a product that is currently unavailable in our online store, click on, “let me know when it is available”, on the product form and fill in your registered email address. As soon as the product is back in stock we will send you an email so you will be the first to know and you won’t miss out on buying it again.


How can I find out the status of my order?
You can check if your payment has been processed by clicking on the Orders section, which you will find in your user area. Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email to let you know that your order has been processed correctly. Once the shipping company has received your order, they will send you an email with the delivery details.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once you have paid for your order it will not be possible to modify it on the website. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us here.
I have a promotional or discount code, can I use it in the online shop?
Once you have added all of the products that you wish to buy to your basket, you will find a section that reads “Add coupon” on the left side of the screen and you can introduce the code there and it will automatically be applied to your purchase.
Can I save a product that I like?
Of course you can! If you click on the heart icon that you will find below the “add to cart” button, the item will automatically be added to your wish list. You can have a look at your wish list at any time by clicking on the heart icon on the top right of the screen.
Are the articles in my basket automatically reserved for me?
No, none of the products will be reserved until your order has been confirmed.
Do I need to be registered as a user in order to make an order?
No, it is not necessary. You can make your order as a “Guest”. When you click on “confirm purchase” you will be able to fill out your delivery and billing details and make the payment without having to create an account.
Can I ask for a company invoice?
No, you can´t, currently our eccommerce only sales to natural person.
