User area

How can I modify my details?
When you are inside your user area, you will find a menu on the left side of the screen where you will be able to change your delivery and billing addresses, your personal details and your password.
I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do.
Click on the Did you forget your password link, which you will find under the user access area and we will send you an email that will allow you to reset your password.
Can I deactivate my account?
We would love for you to stay with us, however, if you wish to cancel your account you can do so by accessing your profile with your username and password here.
Do I need to be registered to subscribe to the newsletter?
No, you can keep up to date on all of our news without having to sign up as a user on our online store.
