Patinegro is an organic white wine aged for one year in Manzanilla butts from Bodegas Barbadillo. It receives its name from the Kentish Plover bird, a small, fast and impatient bird that loves the dunes of the Cádiz coast and travels thousands of kilometers to nest in its dunes. The Kentish Plover is seriously threatened by human interference and its pets that travel through the nesting and breeding areas.
