A trademark registered in 1943, a boot abandoned since the 1970s, a liquid that evaporates and concentrates at the same time, a lost recipe, a researcher – Armando Guerra – who after 40 years decides to bottle the result of the passage of time and, of course, the experts in the field – the Celler de Can Roca – who reformulate the secret composition.
