This limited edition box offers you a journey through the biological aging of manzanilla bottled en rama.

The story of Solear Saca Estacional dates back to spring 1999 when Barbadillo released the first edition of Manzanilla Pasada En Rama Saca Estacional to the market. This innovative proposal was based on the idea of bringing Manzanilla from the cask to the bottle without any treatment that could alter its authenticity. Since then, “Saca Estacional” has become an emblem of biological aging and a reference in the world of wine. This chamomile represents the very essence of biological aging, an art that Barbadillo has perfected over the years.

On the occasion of the centenary of the releases of this type of manzanilla, the winter 2023 release arrives, but it does so in a very special way. It comes in a unique format for this wine, a 75cl bottle, accompanied by a selection of 5 special releases of other en rama manzanillas from the house: Nave Trinidad, Arboledilla Levante and Poniente, Ás de Mirabrás Sumatorio Vintage 2020, and Pasada Pastora.

It is a tribute to the history and passion that the winery puts into each bottle.
