This wine is the fruit of the connection between the sea and the westerly wind. The bottled essence of Sanlúcar.

With this special selection, we will take you on a journey through the biological ageing process, with wines that have been aged from 4 to 9 years.

Nave Trinidad: This is a gentle introduction to biological ageing. This Manzanilla, which has been aged for around 4 years, is very rich, well-balanced and flavoursome and suggestive within its joyful age.

Solear: This wine was first produced in 1938 and it offers the fullness of a Manzanilla wine that has been aged for 6 years under a velum of flor yeast. This wine was awarded the gold medal in the International Wine Challenge.

Solear Pasada En Rama: This Manzanilla has been aged for an average of 8 years, and it has been bottled “En Rama”, that is to say that it has been extracted directly from the cask at the start of each season.

Pastora: Manzanilla Pasada has been aged for around 9 years and it is characterised by its gold colour and its clear yeasty aroma, with hints of walnuts and chamomile on the palate.
