Our centenary soleras give us Sherries of exceptional age. Even the most refined palates agree: subtlety in its purest form.
Our creams fall into the fortified or “vinos generosos de licor” category of our Jerez Sherry wines. They are produced by blending a dry fortified wine with a sweet wine. To create our Eva Cream we blended an Oloroso, which had been aged for 5 years with a Pedro Ximénez that had been aged for the same period.
Mahogany in colour.
Intense with hints of noble woods, nuts, plums and raisins.
Dense, flavourful and dry but with a sweet after-taste. Unctuous and smooth on the palate.
Traditional: Roast suckling pig / Innovative. Chicken curry.
