San Rafael

Our centenary soleras give us Sherries of exceptional age. Even the most refined palates agree: subtlety in its purest form.

To produce our San Rafael Medium Oloroso, a slight hint of Pedro Ximénez has been added to a dry Oloroso to create what is known as “Amoroso”. This name does justice to the smoothness that it attains thanks to its long ageing process by means traditional “Clases” system. Thanks to its alcohol content and body this sherry can be served on the rocks.
