Appearance

Medium intensity colour, with red tones that indicate a low ph. and a certain acidity.

Nose

A clean red fruit aroma with hints of plum and redcurrant. Rock tea. Rhubarb. Forest fruit coulis. Mineral, damp slate. Candied fruit. Hints of iodine.

Palate

This wine has somewhat of a marked acidity but without astringencies. Its acidic nuances and its fruity intensity is what makes it so unique. Its acidity and aromas make it a particularly fresh wine. Stimulating on the palate with an aromatic persistence.
