Produced by the natural acetification of the Manzanilla wine, our vinegar owes its ample aromatic range and its harmonious and intense bouquet to its long age ageing process and the excellent wines which it has been produced with.
You may be interested to learn that in the past, when a wine was turned into vinegar, it was referred to euphemistically as “stewing wine” and it was sold only to employees, family members and friends. Nowadays, Vinagre de Jerez is back where it should be and it is now considered as one of the traditional condiments for the Mediterranean diet.
